Mission Statement:

AFK's primary mission is to provide multi-disciplinary therapeutic services to children with neuromuscular disorders. Our second mission is to strive to improve the perspectives of children with disabilities by educating children, parents, school staff, and the general public regarding needs for modifications in daily living so these children can grow with dignity and less difficulties. AFK also takes pride in providing a quality swim program in our indoor heated pool.
